Would you like to win this Bear?

It's time for some fundraising fun!  I am running a fundraising raffle to win Callum, a very special One of a Kind Bumpkin Bear.  The raffle will run from today until May 25th.  So if you would like to welcome this very friendly Bear into your home join in for a chance, for every 1 euro donated you will get one entry into the raffle, in other words 5 euros will give you 5 entries and so on.. **UPDATE - RAFFLE NOW CLOSED - Cyndee Reynolds won Callum, a BIG thank you to everyone for donating, thanks to you all I raised £181!**

In 2001 my lovely Mum sadly passed away far too soon after a brave battle with Breast Cancer.  Our family has again recently been faced with this cruel disease.  So I feel I would like to do something to help by supporting Breakthrough Breast Cancer so that hopefully one day others will not have to face the same heartache.  So all money raised in this raffle will go directly to them.
On closing date all entries will be placed into a raffle and one lucky winner will win Callum, designed and hand made by myself.  "Callum is a Baby Bear so a little shy but he loves to bring happiness and friendship into your days.  His Celtic name means Dove, and as the symbol of Peace it fits him just perfectly. His fur is a fabulous wavey, silky Schulte Mohair in a delightful blonde gold. He is 15" and worth 180 euros."
You can donate and join in the raffle here, thank you so much for helping, I really appreciate it. If you could help spread the word about this raffle that would be wonderful too.  Good luck to everyone, Callum is very excited to hear where his new home will be!

Big Hugs
Catherine & Callum

Dearest Catherine,

I am so sorry to hear of your mother's battle with this awful disease. My mum AND dad both passed away in 1987, two weeks apart. She had ovarian and he had lung. It was the darkest time of my life.

Your darling bear is absolutely darling. I have admired your work for a long time and I aspire to be like you! I recently quit my teaching job and will work up until the first week of June. I know the industry is very hard if IMPOSSIBLE to get into, but I hope to at least join the ranks amongst professionals like you who make magic. Thank you so much for stopping by for a little sparkle...that is all it takes....Anita

Dear Catherine - have entered, and posted on the Cottontails FB page - I will do some more promotion today. It is a wonderful idea - you are such a lovely person.

Gosh, reading Anita's comment above... bless her. I am lucky not to have been touched by cancer as yet, in my immediate family. It's a terrifying thought.

Thank you Catherine for your lovely money raising efforts.

Small Prints Photography.co.uk saw Callum and fell in love with him. I have my fingers crossed he can come and play with all the other bears in the studio. I'm sure he'd be much loved.
