Whilst I'm busy working on a new girl commission Bear I thought you'd enjoy some more photos from my recent trip to England. Highcliffe Castle in Dorset has had quite a past, including being bought by developers, nearly destroyed to build an estate of bungalows on the site and then sadly burnt. Thank goodness the Council have stepped in and are busy with extensive renovation. You can read all about it here. If you love Castles, click on the link at the bottom of this post to see all my other posts on Castles.
I've got lots more photos to share of cute cottages and coastal scenes, so pop by again soon. Hugs, Catherine x

Hi, Catherine,
I always love coming by for a visit with you! Your bears and friends always make me smile. The castle is very beautiful and the gardens are gorgeous as well. It is my dream to one day make it to England and Ireland and see some sweet cottages and lovely cottage gardens. Have a terrific week. Vicki
What a shame if this had been torn down... so glad they are choosing to restore it!! I hope you have a chance to stop by sometime. I'm having a little giveaway.
Stunning, Catherine! I had no idea this was going to be torn down at one time. I'm on pins and needles to see more of your England photos. And your new bear! Have a wonderful week. xo – g
Hi Catherine, just wanted to say thank you for the kind words you left lately on my blog about my daughters. I love to see that you've stopped by :)
I think I would just faint on the spot if I ever saw in real life something like this castle and all the other beauties you bring to us! xox

This splendor MUST be saved! England wouldn't be England without her castles... or the cottages! Can't wait to see cottages too. ;o) Thanks for the fun & beauty today, Catherine ((BIG HUGS))
