A Lamb called Buttercup...

In the field behind our garden I can hear the sound of Spring Lambs coming from the farm building, can't wait to see them!  I have always loved Lambs, as a child I would spend my Easter holidays at my Granny's home in the countryside and help at the next door Farm with lambing season.  I was on duty to hand rear any orphaned lambs and was in heaven!

This wee little Lamb was part of one of my very first Bumpkin Illustrations.  Recently a customer that loves Lambs like I do recently asked if I could make some cards with just the Lamb.

Well I jumped at the chance and decided that she needed some sunny Buttercups in the field with her!
Do you remember holding Buttercups under your chin as a child to see if you liked Butter or not?!

This "Buttercup The Lamb" illustration is now available in my Etsy Shop as an Easter Card, Birthday Card, Blank Notecards and the cutest scalloped Stickers.  I'm going to have fun decorating my envelopes & gifts with these Stickers at Easter.   Thanks for skipping by, I'll be sure to share photos of the Lambs out in the field when they appear!  Catherine x

Catherine- your newest collection is so precious and special. I love the little lamb and the buttercups. I especially love that you created these by way of a customer suggestion-- that's just way cool!
