Join in their adventures next year?

I am not sure where the last year has gone but as we are heading to Christmas and New Years I thought it time to get the Bumpkin Friends organised and make them decide which months they wanted to be on for my 2012 Calendar!  After many discussions they made up their minds and it is ready to share with you all! So if you would like to share in their adventures throughout next year then you can find them HERE. All new illustrations, so if you have collected or given a Bumpkin Calendar in previous years these will be all new for you.

New Badges (pin back buttons) & Magnets are on their way to my shop soon too, I've been busily illustrating backing cards for them and taking photos. Thanks for visiting, Catherine x

Step into their Wonderlands

Thanks for all your kind words about my new Embroidery Pattern, so glad you love it. It has been quite a few years since I embroidered and it was such fun and relaxing to create this for you all. They have been whizzing off to new homes. I look forward to creating more in the future. After full days of listing on Etsy finally these patient friends are ready to meet you all! I have a whole new selection of Prints that are also available as Notecards and the cutest Gift Tags, all available in my Etsy Store.

Firstly these Bumpkin Friends are very proud of their Winter Wonderland, each year they love to decorate, look closely and you'll see little mouse holding a star on his favourite Toadstool, all ready to pass to Bunny to hang in the tree! Watch out for the snowballs from Squirrel! As for Hedgehog, well he got tired out before he'd even really started!

Look up to the sky on a very clear night when the Stars sparkle as bright as diamonds and you might be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of Reindeer leaping through the air with Bunny holding on tight in her Teacup!

Meanwhile down in Summer Hill the Bunnies are having having more fun than they thought was even possible sledging in the first Snow of the season. They had never gone down hill so very very fast, those Teacups and Saucers make the Best sledges, although I'm not sure their Mother would agree!

Back across the field the other Summer Hill Bunnies are kindly asking if their new snow friend was warm enough!

Keeping Cosy

After a long day of adventures this little family of Bunnies are nestled back in their cosy Nest! I was inspired by all the bird nests in my garden and these wonderful knitted nests by Vicki, do check out her Blog. I love Victorian family portraits so thought I'd create a Bumpkin style portrait! A nice way to celebrate your family.
Smartly written under the nest is "Our Nest", this comes as Christmas Cards & Tags with the words Merry Christmas from Our Nest, a nice way to share messages from your own family.

Whirlwind!

What an amazing response the bear's have had to their Calendar for 2010! You can see about it in the previous post. Thank you to you all, I have been a busy bee in a whirlwind printing out lots of them to send to their new families. I know that many of you saw that they were sold out in my Etsy store., but I list one item at a time, re-listing each time one is sold, so there are always plenty of everything for everyone :) My new Bookmarks have been loved too, so I have just added some new ones.

Christmas is starting to appear (working on some other drawings at the moment) here in my studio and I have just created these darling festive Gift Tags showing Bear and his Best Friend Robin. A special touch to your Holiday Gifts. These Gift Tag sets can be found in my Etsy store.

Happiness is.... new treats

**UPDATE 5 Nov - all my new items sold whilst the bear's and I were sleeping, but there are plenty for everyone as I print myself so all items are now re-listed in my Etsy store.**

What a day it has been, I have so many new treats to share with you all, so first get a nice warm cup of tea and pull up a good chair. Are you sitting comfortably, then I'll begin!

Join the Bumpkin Bears and their adventures throughout the year in this 2010 Calendar. Each month depicts a different whimsical scene, from flying kites in March, going to the beach in August and carrying wobbly towers of books back to school in September! You can find this Calendar in

I'm also excited to share a new range of Bookmarks, kept safely in professional vinyl sleeves with pretty cord tassles. They are designed from my Prints. Firstly is -"Happiness is A Cup of Tea & A Good Book", put the kettle on and invite this wee Bunny to hop into your favourite book! Then of course a Cupcake (or two) always makes a Cup of Tea even better, so here is Bunny and her Cupcakes as a Bookmark.



It was a long walk back from the Woodland Library but they could not decide which books they wanted to read first, so for the love of books they piled them high and set off on their way home. They had to be careful they didn't bump into any trees along the way! Share some of your Favourite Books with these Bears in this sweet Bookmark.
